The 2nd Annual user conference was a success, with users from the US and Canada converging to hear about Salentica's plan for the upcoming year, and to share experiences with their peers.

The conference was held in Toronto at the St. Andrews Club - a new and wonderful venue in the heart of the city.  We had about 30 customers attend and I hope everyone went home feeling the event was time well spent.  I gave an update on Salentica's support and development roadmap, offering attendees a preview of some of the new things we're working on.  It was also a great opportunity to solicit some input from our customers about what they think we should be developing or focusing on.

Thanks to Sean from TEN Digits for flying in from Vancouver to showcase their fantastic MobileAccess product for the Blackberry.  We're now using MobileAccess internally at Salentica, and the users seem impressed with the versatility and flexibility.  I hope to write another blog about MA in the future, after I've had time to configure and customize it.

Naturally, we spent the bulk of the time focusing on TITAN - this was where the interest was and since we've been involved with the CTP program since the early days, we had lots to share.  Feedback from the audience seemed positive, most users excited about the improvements to Outlook, Workflow, and Data Management.  As a reminder, if you want access to the slide decks from the UG, please register on the new salentica.com web site, and once the moderator assigns you a security role, you'll have access to all the presentations!
